Ever After Bridal Veils is here to assist you in any way when making your purchase.  Here are some
questions you may be needing assistance with.

When will you receive your order?
We will try our best to get your order processed and sent to you within 2-4 business days for veils
and accessory orders.  Please call us at 1(800)660-0693 for more details. If any of the items are on
backorder for any reason, will will notify you by phone or e-mail.  Please note that special orders or
engravable orders may take a couple days longer to process.

What are your shipping rates and restrictions?
Our United States and Canadian shipping options are available when making your purchase.  Canadian residents must select one of our Canadian shipping options provided. 

We do not ship to all international countries.  Please call us toll-free at 1(800)660-0693 (9am - 6pm USA Pacific Time) or email us at info@everafter-bridal.com for shipping restrictions and quotes.

Do you offer express shipping?  We do offer 2nd day express or next day shipping for additional cost.  Express shipping rates for USA and Canada are shown in the drop down shipping rate menu when placing your order.  Please note that these rates do not apply to locations outside USA and Canada and restrictions or length of shipping time may apply.  Please call or email us for quotes. 
Please also note that our merchandise comes from several different manufacturers who drop ship to our customers from their location.  Additional express shipping fees will apply if more than one item is ordered and is from more than one distributor.  You may call us at 1(800)660-0693 if you have any questions about this policy.  We will notify you by email or phone if additional shipping costs apply.

Will My Credit Card & Personal Information Be Safe?
All our sites contain the highest standard secure shopping systems and are encrypted so your
information remains safe and not seen by anyone else.  You can feel secure while shopping with us.

How do I use the Shopping Cart?
Simply click on the item listed and click the "Buy it now" button located next to the product of choice.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications?
ALL Custom Order veils, veils that have been altered to customer specifications in any way and veils in any color EXCEPT White, Ivory, Diamond White are considered Custom and are non-refundable.   Most all of our tiaras and standard veils are returnable except a select few.  Please call us or email us with any questions regarding items that are not returnable.  Wedding accessories, jewelry, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts that have been personalized with engraving and/or embroidery are non-refundable. For all other veils, tiaras, wedding accessories, jewelry, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts, a refund will be given for the unwanted portion of your order (except for rush fees and shipping & handling).  Please note on a few of our select headpieces, veils and tiaras there is a restocking fee charged of 15% of the portion of item returned.  You will be notified of this if applied.  After processing your return, you will be issued a credit to your account (excluding shipping costs).  If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
